Because our course grants immediate access to intellectual property, downloadable resources, and confidential production secrets, we enforce a strict refund policy to protect our materials.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We offer a 14-day conditional refund policy. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • You must request the refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
  • You must have viewed less than 20% of the total course video content. Our platform tracks viewing progress automatically.
  • You must not have downloaded any of the proprietary templates, project files, or prompt documents provided in the course.

Note: If you have consumed a significant portion of the course or downloaded our proprietary resources, your refund request will be denied.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to our support team with your receipt and the reason for your request. We ask for your reason simply to help us improve the course.

Our team will review your course progress and respond to your request within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to request a refund according to this policy, your access to the course will be immediately revoked. We will submit proof of your course progress and digital access to the financial institution.
